Understand that the less sugar, salt, and fat you eat, the less you want it. And the more you enjoy the tastes and temptations of the whole, natural foods, the more you will want to eat them. That doesn’t mean chocolate cake is terrible. You should live your whole life and eat chocolate cake! Most of what you eat should help your body and health, not put you at risk for disease and short life. When you eat sweet and fattening foods, you may feel happy for a short period. A person who eats food that isn’t healthy is likely to feel guilty, sad, moody, and have a low quality of life.

3) Keep your mind on what you want. It’s essential to think about how you’ll look when you reach your weight goal every day. Feel the happiness and freedom that comes with being healthy. Keep your eye on the prize.
