Consistency leads to results.
Keep doing what you’re doing. When you exercise three times a week at first, you’ll start to see changes. You can’t be consistent if you let things from your daily life get in the way. If you don’t stay consistent, you’ll go back to the couch.
When you make a plan and then follow through with your project, you will be more consistent. You only worked out three times this week, but that’s okay. You can still do it three days a week. There’s no need to worry about it. But don’t let things get in the way too often, or you’ll need to change your schedule. If you plan your exercise time on days or times when you have other things to do, you won’t be able to do it. Think about it and schedule your time well, but make them work if things don’t work out.
As soon as you’ve worked out three times a week for four weeks in a row, try to add another day or more time to the three days you already work out. Build up to longer sessions, more sessions per week, or more challenging activities like interval training one step at a time.
Every time you do what you say you’re going to do, you move closer to being fit and healthy. As soon as you make exercise a part of your daily routine, you’ll miss it when you don’t have the time to do it. Ill people may wish they could work out.
If all this talk about exercise makes you tired, you need to try it. Lack of energy is caused by not getting enough exercise (which means movement, not just jumping jacks). You don’t have any time. We watch TV. Then, you can work out while you watch TV. It’s easy to do things like rowing machines and treadmills in front of the TV. You can also do things like yoga and Pilates. Take it up a notch during the commercials. Laugh at it. Remember that you want to be consistent.
As you exercise, you will be able to reach your weight loss goals more quickly.
If you want to lose some weight, exercise can help you get there faster and easier than eating healthy food alone. If you keep exercising, you can start to eat more good food and stay the same weight.
With the promise of a more attractive body, you can get yourself to exercise.
With the promise of a fun activity that you’ll look forward to, not one you’ll dread, you can exercise. No one wants to go on a second date if they don’t like the first one. You won’t return to your exercise program if you try to do too much too soon and hate it.
Make a plan and then follow through. People will know that you are serious if you are always at the same time of day and the same day of the week. Experts say that you should spend at least 20 minutes a day working out. You can start by adding more time each week or as often as possible. It doesn’t matter where you start. Start somewhere.
Every day, work toward your goal of being consistent, and you’ll soon be on your way to a healthy daily routine.
